What Else Should You Know About ModVilla?
Yes. ModVilla, as a modular prefabricated home, can be customized to fit your needs and allocated budget. This customization includes adding features, expanding units or connecting units, and replacing features.
As long as the available land has an area suited to the unit’s size and meets building requirements, ModVilla units can be built anywhere, from urban areas and remote regions to lowlands and highlands.
Tradecorp serves ModVilla orders and is ready to install units anywhere across many regions in Indonesia. Delivery is via land routes by truck and sea routes by ship.
The process from component production to assembly into a building takes 3 weeks. However, note that the build time may be longer if there are customization requests or orders for expanded units.
Depending on the type, ModVilla is available as the ModVilla Suite unit with an area of 25.2 square meters and the ModVilla Studio with an area of 15.6 square meters.
