What are sleeper and toilet units? A 40ft Sleeper Unit is a container made from a standard shipping container that has been modified into a bedroom equipped with toilet facilities. This container serves as a comfortable resting space for employees at project sites.
In field projects, you need a place to work as well as a place to rest for yourself or your employees on-site. With this 40′ Sleeper Unit with Toilet, you can provide a comfortable resting space at your project location. This 40′ Sleeper Unit offers both a cozy sleeping area and a toilet.
The Sleeper Container is equipped with a sturdy ceiling frame and interior walls similar to office containers. It also features insulation layers and can be lined with white veneer, creating a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
The bedroom floor can be made of plywood and covered with vinyl for easy cleaning and a non-slip surface. When you enter the container, you will find a spacious room that is perfect for resting and relaxing after a long day of work.
The toilet section of the sleeper and toilet unit is isolated with a toilet cubicle (Dry Area). The toilet floor can be tiled with ceramic. The walls are insulated and can be made of glass wool or other materials to reduce heat and noise inside the container, ensuring a more comfortable sleeper and toilet unit.
The Features of 40’ Sleeper Container
The 40′ Sleeper Unit features two doors: an outer door and an inner door. The inner door is used to access the toilet. The toilet is equipped with a sitting/squat toilet, a jet washer, and a sink.
Additionally, it has sliding-type windows with security bars, making it relatively safe from criminal activity. The bathroom window is also fitted with insect screens to prevent insects from entering.
Another advantage of this sleeper container is that your outdoor AC unit will be placed inside, eliminating the need to remove it when the container is relocated. Furthermore, the small canopy outside the window, ventilation, windows, and fans can be removed during transportation.
